Job Responsibilities

As the Razer.com Merchandising Specialist, you will drive A/B testing initiatives, UI/UX enhancements, web merchandising operations, and data-based planning to optimize user experience and increase revenue on our website. You will also plan and manage on-site promotional programs aligned with Razer’s brand positioning, focusing on customer experience to meet business goals.

  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize website performance and user experience
  • Analyze data to identify UI/UX improvement opportunities and collaborate with design teams to implement changes
  • Use analytics to develop data-driven planning initiatives that drive revenue growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, design, development, and marketing to implement improvements
  • Ensure all changes are thoroughly tested and do not impact site performance negatively
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in A/B testing, UI/UX, web operations, and data planning
  • Coordinate with store operations and web teams on product merchandising from landing pages to checkout
  • Collaborate with category managers on product promotion strategies, including EOL products, to support continuous revenue growth
  • Monitor and maintain merchandising of promotions to optimize sales during seasonal campaigns
  • Conduct regular checks on PLPs and PDPs to identify errors, prioritizing customer focus
  • Plan and strategize store and promotional landing pages with optimal product mix to maximize revenue and conversion rates
  • Support reporting on the impact and effectiveness of promotional programs, including revenue analysis
Pre-Requisites
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, A/B testing, UI/UX, and web operations
  • Strong understanding of website design principles and best practices
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, PowerBi)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams
  • Knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
