Job Purpose
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for the receiving of goods as required, to achieve the lowest cost solution at least risk and in adherence with Management and Company procedures.
Principal Accountabilities

Roles & Responsibilities

SCOPE

The overall scope of this role is to receive, verify, and process of all goods received by the hotel. The incumbent will check all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items received and ordered are correct.
