Responsibilities:
Distribution and Operations
- Assist customers through the end-to-end purchase process, from quotation to policy issuance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure completion of applications and address any concerns.
- Liaise with insurers and internal teams to clarify product details, underwriting requirements, or application status.
- Work with the various insurance partners on distribution and operations-related matters.
- Oversee day-to-day operation (insurance policies purchase, reviewing, renewals, endorsements, claims management) and ensure all policies are accounted for.
- Perform account reconciliation with the insurer’s Statement of Account, Statement of Commission and Transaction Report.
- Track and reconcile bank statements.
- Preparation of commission reports (FA Representatives) for review.
- Manage and maintain the company’s intermediary accounts (FA Representatives) such as activating and deactivating.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
General
- Provide administrative support around the general office.
- Work with the team leads in handling client escalations and partners issues.
- Provide operational support to the Compliance Officer.
Requirements:
- 2 years and above of experience in Operations and/ or Distribution Operations is preferred.
- Prior experience in the insurance/finance industry will be highly advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency level in excel formula writing.
- Knowledge of basic accounting, audit and its principles is a plus.
- A great communicator and presenter with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good to have: CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A, M8, M8A).
- Good to have: CMFAS Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI).

- Experience : At least 5 years of experience in desktop publishing in the finance industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related major.
- Highly organised and resourceful : Able to prioritise various tasks and obtain resources required in a timely manner. Strong analytical mindset and resilient temperament, able to cope with deadlines.
- Good collaborator : Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and able to collaborate with global stakeholders and team members effectively.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

As an Operator II, Warehouse & Distribution Operations (12 months contract), you will play a key role in supporting material movement, storage, and logistics operations to ensure efficient and compliant warehouse processes. This position involves hands-on coordination of inbound and outbound materials, optimization of warehouse space, and adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP/GxP). You will work closely with cross-functional teams and may operate specialized equipment to support supply chain continuity and operational excellence.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Handling complex manual or operational tasks to support smooth warehouse and logistics processes.
- Coordinating and executing inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
- Collaborating with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate material flows.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, forklifts, or Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) machines as required.
- Optimizing storage space and supporting inventory accuracy and control activities.
- Performing minor troubleshooting or decisions to maintain flow and resolve issues during operations.
- Maintaining accurate and complete documentation in line with SOPs, GDP, and audit readiness standards.
- Committing to quality control, safety, and training requirements while following all GxP regulations.
- Supporting continuous improvement activities to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.
Work Experience:
- Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, or medical devices) is an advantage.
- Valid Work at Height certification.
- Ability to operate VNA equipment and pallet trucks safely.
- Strong understanding of material handling and inventory flow principles.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in task execution and documentation.
- Basic technical and mechanical aptitude to handle equipment and resolve minor operational issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment with potential lifting or equipment use.
- Willingness and flexibility to work 8-hour or 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Compliance with safety and hygiene practices in a controlled environment.
