Job Purpose
You will lead the Warehouse Management System team in all development, integration, alignment and change management initiatives relating to the WMS. You will be a key member to contribute towards the actualisation of our digital transformation journey in line with FairPrice Group’s 2030 vision and Supply Chain’s mult-year programme in modernising and resetting the logistics network.
Responsibilities
● Strategic lead for all WMS initiatives, system roadmap, integration with automation, digital transformation, and alignment with 2030 transformation plan and Store-Friendly Flow programs
● Develop end-user centric systems strategy for WMS and WCS integration by working closely with the Industrial Engineering and Warehouse Operations teams
● Lead the Unified WMS program aimed at harmonising the technology for all warehouses’ operation needs and standardising workflow and system flow to support omnichannel grocery business logistics operations
● Project management for end-to-end WMS design, drives the roll-out, manage the phases and track and report project status, vendor delivery and stakeholders adoption
● Provide technical expertise to ensure well designed, well tested and deployable WMS and WCS system integration through rigorous testing following the protocol and ensure strong documentation and user training
● Drive cross-functional alignment across all user groups according to the Planning and Development Team’s supply chain network design strategy, ensuring and co-developing enterprise level integration with other systems (Inventory, ERP and other applications)

● Key personnel to represent senior management and working teams in all interfaces with tech vendors, including the assessment of credentials and work quality, management of project timeline and budget and lead multi-vendors coordination
● Lead system solutioning to ensure WMS roadmap is designed and delivered according to omnichannel business strategy needs, external business needs and vision and integration with innovation efforts such as smart glasses

Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 6-9 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Warehouse Management Software solutions, preferably the modern WMS experience (Manhattan or blue yonder)
- Prior experience in managing and leading a team of technical specialists or analysts.
- Technical Skills:
