Your tasks & responsibilities
You will play a central role in enhancing quality performance within Semco Maritime and complex projects in Singapore and Denmark. You will support the development and execution of quality initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include providing quality support in tenders and projects.
Candidates should note that HSE-related duties are incorporated into this position. A proactive attitude towards safety and compliance is an asset.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Creating project quality plans, inspection and test plans, project-specific audit programs, and other relevant documents.
- Driving quality in projects.
- Developing proactive action plans based on data analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with contracts in projects.
- Executing internal and supplier audits.
- Contributing to trend analysis from reporting systems.
- Developing and implementing corrective actions for Non-conformance Reports and Improvement Proposals.
- Integrating Lessons Learned into procedures, Job Safety Analyses, and Toolbox Talk topics.
Your profile & qualifications

Qualifications include:
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

- Interest or experience in QHSE disciplines
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor and/or Certified Quality Professional certifications are advantageous
- Certificate in CompEX is highly desirable
