Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting audit to assess organizations' Management System (such as IMS, ISMS, MDQMS etc) for conformity with ISO standard requirements;
• Conduct other compliance & verification audits according to the scope and requirement.
• Prepare audit plans for ISO audits and audit reports and submit within the required timeline;
• Ensure assigned audits are carried out in compliance with accreditation requirements;
• Review audit reports as and when assigned by Operations team;
• Follow-up closely with client on NC notes and take necessary actions to address and close queries promptly;
• To carry out any other task assigned by Operation Manager;
• Ensure compliance with Corporate' policy & procedures, ISO/IEC 17021, ISO 19011 standard requirements;
• Manage the entire audit process from planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on the assigned audits.
• Conduct and develop course materials for trainings/workshops/seminars
• Support in technical review of audit reports and technical advice to Sales Team and Certification Team as and when required.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Competencies Required (if applicable)

• Minimum Possess a professional diploma or degree and above in related fields such as civil engineering, chemicals, information technology etc. required by the respective schemes.
• Minimum two years or more are in a role or function relating to the respective technical industries.
• Successfully completed a Lead Auditor Course in relevant management system.
• Detailed and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a team player Excellent communication, report writing, presentation and analytical skills
• Willing to travel overseas to conduct audits;
• Computer literacy for MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Professional training will be provided
• Be able to work independently with high level of initiative and resourcefulness

Job description

• Carrying out regular internal audits for ISO integrated system (9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018) certifications
• Engaging with continuous knowledge development regarding each certification’s requirements, recommended best practices, techniques and performance standards;
• Producing and submitting a full audit report on each audit undertaken;
• Recommending appropriate changes as a result of the audit results where necessary;
• Ensuring any non-conformities are listed on the appropriate non-conformities log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate party;

Requirement

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated and accurate documents and records on ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 system (includes Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) to ensure system compliance and ready for Management Review.

• Responsible for quality issues arising from production and customer feedback, and collaborate with the production team to address internal process issues and implement corrective actions to resolve customer complaints with proper documentation.
• Responsible for timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), non-conformance investigation report and customer complaints and, publish reports on quality performance.
• Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting involving members from production, engineering and quality departments to conduct root cause analysis, address quality issues, implement corrective actions and review its effectiveness.
• Lead the team of QC inspectors in the inspection of parts for conformity in accordance with relevant drawing requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in quality management / Engineering / Manufacturing or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in handling audits and ISO documentation in manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge in Supplier Management
• Knowledge of quality Management Standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 and ISO 22301.
• Knowledge in Potential Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans .and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R)

We are seeking an experienced ISO executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our integrated management system certifications.

The role will involve conducting regular internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications. You will also engage in continuous knowledge development regarding each certification's requirements and recommended best practices.
