Duties:
ISO INTEGRATED SYSTEM:
· Liaise with external auditors.
· Work closely with Safety in charge on the 14001 and 45001 responsibilities and auditing.
· Carrying out regular internal audits for ISO integrated system (9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018) certifications
· Monitoring the audit cycle programme to ensure it remains effective and up to date;
· Producing and submitting a full audit report on each audit undertaken;
· Producing audit summary reports for each audit undertaken
· Conduct follow up audits and checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure all action plan are completed;
· Taking minutes and producing a report for the annual management review meetings;
· To conduct regular meetings to identify and revised areas of improvement and undertake follow-up action;
· Assist MR/DMR on the ISO manual Documents Review and update;
SITE INSPECTION
· Arrange schedules between Site PM and Managementfor Inspection at site
· To coordinate with each site PM and person in charge of ISO so as to maintain the standards by visiting sites regularly
· To support each site for the ISO standards procedure
BCA LICENSES
· License Registration and License Renewal (every 3 years)
· To compile, collate and submit data in eBacs system, liaise with BCA.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Possess either: ISO 9001 lead Auditor Course Certificate, ISO 14001 and 45001 certificate or ISO Integrated Certificate would be of an advantageous
