We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients. They use customer data to provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, evaluating campaign results and adapting the approach to optimize marketing performance.

Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for large regional and global clients by working with technology and data

Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to generate marketing strategies and insights, and prepare presentations

Qualifications
Basic qualifications

Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects focused on one or more of the following fields: marketing content, digital and social media campaigns, digital customer experience, digital marketing, end-to-end product launch, ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems, offline marketing activities/campaigns, media management and planning, direct response marketing
Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders, and vendors
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)

Preferred qualifications

The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact
Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
Contribute to and/or develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
Team Collaboration & Culture
Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems, synthesize analyses into relevant findings, and create impactful storylines
Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks with?multiple clients?in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
Preferred qualifications
Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
Relevant industry expertise
MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required)

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a cross-functional team to achieve organisational success through strategic digital products, services & processes
  • Facilitating inception and UX design workshops to uncover needs and pain points
  • Creating user-centred designs through iterative collaboration to achieve strategic brand goals and seamless user experience
  • Continuously incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and findings from concept and usability tests into your product designs
  • Delivering design artifacts including personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for identified solutions
  • Translating design requirements by providing style guides, design systems, design patterns and aesthetically attractive user interfaces
  • Actively contributing to the company with your ideas and passion

The Qualifications to To Be A Maverick


Minimum Qualifications

  • Some experience with creating visually appealing user-centred designs
  • Familiarity with interaction design , information architecture and proficiency in design software (e.g. Invision, Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with Agile & Lean practice
  • Strong attention to detail , an eye for aesthetics and a focus on strategic branding
  • Strong communication skills and be able to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions to stakeholders
  • Experience conducting user research using various suitable methods (e.g. user interviews, surveys, desk research)
  • Experience in conducting concept and usability tests with proxy/end-users

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams to deliver the desired outcome of high value
  • Prior experience in digital products / projects (Web & mobile)
  • Knowledge of frontend development technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)
  • Experience facilitating design workshops for new or existing solutions
