Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading business analysis activities, facilitating requirement discussions, and coordinating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and logical thinking skills, as well as strong consulting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis activities and facilitate requirement discussions.
  • Perform project management tasks such as progress tracking and issue resolution depending on project status.
  • Analyze current data formats across customer, channel, and branch systems.
  • Design new formats and logic in RH2H service (e.g. data mapping, validation).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (internally in client department, with system owners in Head Office & Branch, with operation department in Branch etc.).
  • Support development and QA efforts with documentation and clarification.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Track system enhancement plans and provide feedback.
  • Conduct impact analysis and plan customer migration.
  • Coordinate with regional branches and head office.
  • Provide documentation, Q&A, and support to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 5-8 years of consulting experience in a reputable firm
  • Experience in banking system projects, preferably in payments or transaction banking
  • Strong understanding of payment data formats (MT101, MT103, pain.001, pacs.008)
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Strong consulting capabilities (communication, facilitation, issue resolution)
  • Proficiency in Japanese (business-level)
  • Self-discipline, accountability, and motivation to learn the client's business

Required Skills
  • Significant expertise with observability software such as SolarWinds, ManageEngine, Zabbix, Site24x7, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in design and deployment of at least 10 client implementations of such observability software.
  • Proven ability to implement, set up, and enhance medium to large systems using these tools, whether building from scratch or transitioning from one platform to another.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Networking principles and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the observability tools and monitoring solutions space.
  • Ability to define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in creating product roadmaps, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product features based on feedback and metrics.
