YOUR IMPACT
OpenText Professional Services provides advice and guidance to our clients and partners on how to best adopt OpenText best practice. Managers lead our efforts with clients, partners, and our staff to ensure Customer Success and oversee successful delivery of programs, ensuring it is delivered to meet the clients expectations and is delivered within budget.
The Manager role is responsible for working with the Delivery team and leading consulting teams in delivering quality implementations to OpenText clients. They provide oversight and management to implementations. This includes project scope, sizing, efforts and cost. A high focus is on client success and financial management of project estimates and margins.
This is a hybrid role that requires the successful candidate to be working in the office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric individual to join our Professional Services team as the first hire in the region and a key member of the foundational landing team in Singapore. In this hybrid role, you'll combine the hands-on implementation expertise of a Consultant/Project Manager with the strategic, pre-sales and solution design experience of a Solution Architect.
As a trusted advisor to our early customers in APAC, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Gong’s Revenue Intelligence Platform while also playing a strategic role in shaping solution architecture and scoping services during the sales cycle. Consultant Responsibilities
- Lead Gong platform implementations for new customers, ensuring project success across scope, timeline, and budget.
- Translate customer goals and use cases into tailored configurations within Gong’s ecosystem.
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent onboarding and implementation projects.
- Work directly with customer stakeholders, project teams, and technical staff to ensure seamless configuration and launch.

- Own the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and change orders.

- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Gong’s APIs, integration approaches, and scalable solution patterns.

- 10+ years of Professional Services or Consulting experience in a customer-facing SaaS environment.
- Proven experience with SaaS implementations, including configuration, integrations, and customer enablement.
- 2+ years in a solutions architect or sales engineering capacity, preferably in a growth-stage technology company.
- Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com or Dynamics strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud architectures, API-based integrations, and enterprise deployment models.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset paired with tactical delivery skills.

The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking a dynamic and consultative Professional Services Sales Manager to drive growth of Adobe’s Digital Experience business through strategic services engagements. This role is responsible for selling Adobe’s consulting and implementation services to enterprise customers across APAC, enabling them to accelerate time-to-value and realize their digital transformation goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise services sales, strong executive presence, and a consultative approach to building long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and close Professional Services sales opportunities aligned with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Workfront.
- Work closely with Adobe’s license sales teams to drive services attachment and influence strategic deals.
- Engage customer stakeholders to understand business goals and craft tailored services solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with solution consultants and delivery teams to scope, estimate, and propose services engagements.
- Create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing models, and project timelines.
- Build strong relationships with Adobe’s strategic partners to support co-selling and delivery excellence.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Focus on Singapore plus few other countries in SEA. Prior regional Sales experience a plus.
- 8+ years of enterprise professional services sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Digital Experience, Marketing Technology, or Enterprise Software.
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in scoping and selling large-scale services engagements, including discovery, implementation, integration, and change management.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a matrix environment across sales, consulting, customer success, and partner teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Background in working with digital agencies, system integrators, or management consulting firms.
- Regional experience across Southeast Asia, Greater China, or Korea (depending on hiring market).
- Experience in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, or public sector is a plus.

A Staff Consultant is one of the most experienced members of the Alation Professional Services team who possesses extensive experience in data management, software deployment, deep data management expertise, and an outstanding record of program delivery success. As the leading authority on Alation’s technology, they are primarily responsible for the installation, configuration, advising key client sponsors, and leading multi-phase implementation programs to
drive usage, adoption, and value.
What You'll Do:
● Lead Alation software implementations of enterprise customers
● Participate in account knowledge transfer sessions with Alation pre-sales.
● Advise on best practices for defining and populating data classifications, domains, taxonomies, glossaries, documentation content, and lineage.
● Conduct training and advise customers on the approach and use of key product
features, and best practices to drive usage, adoption, and value.
● Lead the customer through on-premise and cloud-based product installation procedures.
● Lead the customer through single sign-on, authentication configuration to LDAP or Active Directory.
● Configure out-of-the-box database, file system, and Business Intelligence tool
connectors.
● Provide project status reports and briefings.
● Identify opportunities for account expansion.
● Document lessons learned, tips/tricks, and contribute knowledge base articles.
● Participate in customer community forums.
Requirements:

● Experience with Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, and Microstrategy.
● Experience administering Linux operating systems.
● Experience with Kubernetes and Docker deployments.
● Python or Java experience using REST APIs.
Bonus Skills:
● Experience with Alation or other data catalog tools.
● Experience delivering services as part of a software company.
● Project Management/Scrum certifications (CAPM, PMP, Six Sigma etc).
● Hands on data & analytics experience.
●Fluency in multiple languages.

Your Career
As a SIEM Engineer for Cortex XSIAM, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers with seamless log migration and effective detection strategies. Working closely with the technical lead, you will ensure the successful onboarding and ingestion of relevant log sources into XSIAM, adhering to industry best practices and meeting customer-specific requirements. Your responsibilities will also involve devising suitable detection strategies to fortify our customers' defenses against threats, encompassing the design and implementation of correlation rules.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with the technical lead to devise a comprehensive log ingestion strategy
- Contribute to the development of detection strategies based on industry best practices
- Articulate a step-by-step process to ensure the ingestion of high-quality log sources
- Monitor and optimize log sources for optimal performance
- Create meticulous and effective correlation rules
- Fine-tune log sources and correlation rules to enhance system efficiency
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in SIEM, correlation, and log source ingestion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to end customers, offering consultative guidance and expertise in optimizing the utilization of Cortex XSIAM
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of SIEM and SOC practices to assess customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and assist in the formulation of effective security strategies
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and objectives, translating them into actionable steps that enhance their security posture
- Identify opportunities to enhance analyst alert handling through automation
- Foster collaboration with internal and external teams to drive product adoption
- Produce technical documentation detailing SIEM aspects of the engagement
- Occasionally travel to customer meetings and workshops (up to 10% of the time)
Your Experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, for both internal and external interactions
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and integrating SIEM solutions within enterprise to large enterprise-level environments
- Proficiency in coordinating and conducting event collection, log management, event management, compliance automation, and identity monitoring using SIEM platforms
- Ability to conceive and develop detection use cases in SIEM systems to enable effective alerting
- Proficiency in implementing and integrating automation solutions to enhance SOC efficiency, thereby minimizing MTTR and optimizing operational effectiveness
- Demonstrated expertise in threat intelligence management, including the ability to analyze and leverage threat intelligence feeds to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential security threats within the organization's environment
- Familiarity with a range of Endpoint security solutions such as anti malware, EDR, XDR
- Knowledge of generating reports on SIEM status, including metrics like logging source count, log collection rate, and other performance indicators
- Proven experience in providing consultative services to end customers within the realm of cybersecurity, particularly in SIEM and SOC domains
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend customer requirements, analyze complex security environments, and deliver strategic recommendations that align with their goals
- Proficient in comprehending and creating technical design documentation
- Proven track record in effectively leading technical teams, managing resources, and overseeing projects within a dynamic cybersecurity environment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timely delivery of milestones, and efficient utilization of resources
- Skilled in facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and external partners, to drive informed decision-making processes that align with organizational objectives and foster innovation in cybersecurity strategies
