This role is responsible for ensuring the management of pre-sales technical activities and support to Sales teams during presentations and demonstrations of company products and services, particularly Managed Services/Services offerings.
This leadership role establishes and maintains lines of communication with design engineering on issues such as considerations for product reliability and works with internal business stakeholders to define new products and services.
Key responsibilities:
- May participate with the sales team in proactively driving the presales process with clients. This may include conducting meetings, writing proposals, proposing solutions, and delivering presentations.Leads the evolution of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function.
- Contributes to the vision, goals, and measures of success for the Enterprise Architecture function, recognizing the current team maturity and skills of the team members.
