- Working days: 5/6 days per week (flexible working timing depends on your appointment)
Salary: Fully commission based + performance bonus (profit sharing 60-70%)
At least 1-year relevant experience
Job scope:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into innovative and functional interior solutions
- Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring clients' visions to life
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to final installations
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to oversee the implementation of design plans
