Responsibilities would include:

  • Sector agnostic; including consumer, healthcare, financial services, and technology in Southeast Asia
  • Source and invest directly in companies in minority private equity, growth capital, buyouts, and structured capital transactions, typically taking minority positions across a range of equity and equity-like products
  • Support evaluation and execution of investments in minority private equity, growth capital, buyouts, and structured capital transactions
  • Engage in portfolio management, including attending board meetings, interacting with management and other shareholders regularly, contributing to ongoing strategic initiatives, developing and executing exit plans
  • Assist in negotiations, financial modelling, structuring, valuation analysis, FDD, preparing investment materials and legal matters

Profile of ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of relevant deal execution experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity only
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
  • Good commercial judgment, detail oriented, coupled with experience in financial modeling and analysis, sector research, and execution and closing skills in direct investments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial insights to stakeholders

**Keys to Success**
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer technology, E/E, automation, or biology, chemistry is preferred.
**Experience**
+ 2+ years of experience in bioprocessing, automated bioproduction, bioproduction equipment design/maintenance/software control, bioprocessing chromatography, and other relevant techniques desired.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Identify, recommend, and prioritize improvements to the customer experience, as well as internal process improvements, and work with appropriate internal and external partners to implement them.
+ Delta V or other control software experience is a plus.
+ Proven teammate who can work with counterparts and customers across the world.
+ Self-motivated, self-starter with robust communication skills.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, PC hardware, and desktop application products.
+ Excellent oral and written English skills.
+ Able and willing to travel extensively.

As a SEA Activation Marketer, you are responsible for developing and executing marketing activation programs to support the division’s growth targets. You will track the performance of marketing tactics, including demand generation, sales enablement, and channel activation, ensuring tactics align with the division's priorities. This role involves close coordination with Sales, Technical and Area Portfolio Leaders to ensure that all initiatives are integrated and effectively meet the established timing and effectiveness objectives.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred

  • Experience in B2B Marketing in industrial segments

  • 5 years’ experience in marketing disciplines such as price, portfolio, end-user and channel

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Proven experience in market segmentation and developing integrated marketing campaigns in SEA

  • Good level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Problem solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions
