- Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners, agencies, suppliers, and retail partners.
Reporting & Performance Analysis

Operational Support & Compliance
- Provide assistance in ensuring compliance with store procedures and policies, supporting store managers in decision-making across merchandise, people management, budget control, store image, sales, and stock controls.
- Communicate key decisions and initiatives to Outlet Managers and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Provide special support to store managers in the opening of new stores.
- Serve as the primary interface between corporate headquarters and the stores, ensuring accurate and efficient information flow in both directions.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field (MBA a plus).
Minimum experience and knowledge:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Experience managing international or regional brands across Southeast Asia (SG, MY, TH).
- Strong understanding of consumer trends, fashion industry dynamics, and regional market nuances.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strong background in branding, digital marketing, or communications

Job Description
The Brand and Business Development Manager (Housebrand) will be responsible for leading our brand's category and portfolio strategy and managing the commercial targets for brick & mortar and online channels. He/ she will also be required to:
- Identify consumer needs/ insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across different channels.
- Lead in-depth analysis of sales data to identify issues and opportunities.
- Develop the growth strategy for the categories he/ she is leading.
- Develop the portfolio strategy and 24 month rolling new products pipeline for his/ her categories, from ideation, to concept development, to NPD qualification, to holistic marketing launch campaigns.
- Lead the implementation of plans for his/ her category including campaign and trade activities.
- Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for his/ her portfolio; manage A&P budget.
- Work with cross-functional teams, channel, and agency partners.
