Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Experience managing international or regional brands across Southeast Asia (SG, MY, TH).
Strong understanding of consumer trends, fashion industry dynamics, and regional market nuances.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Understanding of the cultural and social dynamics of Southeast Asia and ability to tailor approaches accordingly.
Strong execution skills with attention to detail in managing daily operations and ensuring timely delivery of brand objectives.
Ability to drive the customer journey, from awareness to loyalty, ensuring brand relevance and emotional connection.
