This is a field-based, hands-on role, where you will manage multiple stores across Singapore, working closely with store staff and internal teams to execute merchandising plans, implement promotions, and maintain strong stock visibility. What You Will Do

  • Manage merchandising for up to 40 stores across Singapore.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure planogram compliance, correct display setups, POS materials, testers, and discount cards are properly in place.
  • Monitor stock levels in each store and coordinate with store staff to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Ensure proper inventory control and FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation on shelves.
  • Report on shelf conditions, competitor activity, and promotion compliance with photo evidence and store visit reports.
  • Build strong working relationships with store managers, supervisors, and sales staff to ensure smooth merchandising execution.
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns and new product launches in-store.

Who You Are

  • Prior experience in merchandising is a must (preferably in beauty categories).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership of on-ground execution.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with store staff and internal colleagues.
