The Integrated Marketing team is part of EDB’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) division. Collectively, we oversee the Singapore business brand; coordinate EDB’s advertising needs; and execute campaigns promoting Singapore’s attractiveness as a destination to companies. Our goal is to build awareness of Singapore amongst international businesses and talent; and to translate this awareness into tangible interest from these audiences in moving to Singapore.
As Manager/Senior Manager (Campaigns - AI), you will be responsible for executing a multi-channel, thematic campaign to increase awareness of Singapore’s attractiveness to international business executives, and drive these executives to invest in or move to Singapore. Examples of themes for campaigns include sustainability and the green economy; artificial intelligence; or global talent.
(What you will be working on)
Your Responsibilities Will Include
AI campaign strategy and planning
- Defining overall campaign objectives, messaging, target audience, user journeys, and success metrics/KPIs
- Recommending an ideal channel mix across owned, earned, and paid channels to achieve campaign objectives; this can include digital channels and offline channels such as events.
- Socialising campaign strategy with internal stakeholders, including senior management, other marketing teams, and EDB’s client-facing industry groups, to obtain the necessary approvals and informal buy-in to successfully execute the campaign
- Developing campaign assets, including content, ads, and visuals – these can be developed internally with other teams in the BMC division (such as content marketing) or with external partners, based on objectives
- Securing and executing partnerships with event organisers, professional services providers, vendors, and other partners in service of campaign objectives
- Regularly reporting campaign performance to internal stakeholders and management; recommend mid-campaign optimisations as needed; and incorporate post-campaign learnings into future campaigns
- Managing campaign timelines and ensuring key milestones are on schedule
- Supporting other campaign leads with planning and execution in a “2IC” role; this can include components of all of the above
- Governing and driving adoption of Brand SG and EDB assets and toolkits, including visual assets, design templates, and merchandise
Get In Touch If You Have
- At least 5 years’ integrated marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or the public sector; including in content marketing, events and partnerships
- Hands-on experience with paid media, social media, and search, either as a business user or as part of an agency
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, Oracle Eloqua, and Salesforce
- A degree in a relevant discipline such as marketing or mass communications; we will also consider any other relevant qualifications
- Deliver high-quality work with minimal intervention from your managers
- Influence internal and external stakeholders, including many who are not marketing experts
- Thrive in a working environment with aggressive timelines and complex tasks
- Come up with, and follow through on, creative concepts that make a brand stand out from its competitors

The candidate will have the opportunity to take full ownership of conceptualizing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve customer acquisition and engagement targets. The ideal Specialist is able to collaborate with others in the team and eager to dive deep to lead and drive the digital marketing function.
Responsibilities:
Trend and Data Research, Implementation and Analysis:
- • Define and develop the communication strategy to grow product usage by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensure continuously adoption and usage.
- • Drive business cadence through robust measurement and tracking of initiatives, optimising the communication strategy and operational plans.
- • Define KPIs per campaign and funnel-stage to meet company goals
- • Build seamless lead journeys through various digital marketing touchpoints
- • Constantly optimise traffic & acquisition activities to improve ROI & CPA.
- • Allocate budgets, analyse and recommend modifications to ad spend.
- • Test new channels and trends and monitor competition performance marketing activities.
Campaign Management:
- • The incumbent will be responsible for bringing traffic to the website via paid and organic acquisition methods and optimise campaigns to reduce ad spends and increase ROAS in the long run.
- • Create and execute comprehensive B2C marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, email, SEO, SEM, display advertising, content marketing and offline activation that delivers against acquisition and/or retention objectives.
- Drive lifecycle marketing and personalised customer communications:
- • Grow revenue and engagement among existing clients and convert them to long term high value customers.
- Industry Research and Best Practices:
- • Monitor and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- • Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Profile:
- • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience).
- • 3+ years of experience in performance-based marketing.
- • Detailed understanding/knowledge of paid media advertising.
- • Planned and executed successful multi-market, full-funnel, multi-channel digital campaigns.
- • Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources.
- • Excellent knowledge in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- • Attention to details and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere in a multiple stakeholder environment.
- • The ability to synthesise complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
- • Background in the health and wellness industry is preferred but not essential.
- • Strong written and oral communication skills.
