Position Description:

1.Responsible to liberate overall business development and responsibility toward the company requirement.

2.Your duty shall be including as follow:

Follow visual directives via photographs and company visual campaign book when executing store set-ups. Adapt or substitute in a brand appropriate manner to make visual merchandising suitable to regional needs

3.Provide PowerPoint recaps from all store visits to be shared with company headquarters

4.Implementand maintain visual displays and merchandising to maximize store business

5.Analyzethe store sales data and inventory every week, and adjust the display of best sellers , less sellers and goods with large inventory according to the requirements of the headquarter.

6.Executes Display for windows, merchandising and special events throughout region

1. Remain aware of the competition in retail visual industry standards in the marketplace

2. Receive regular exhibition training from Headquarters.

3. And ad hoc work

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree.
• Working experience in the apparel retailing field will be preferred.
• A good knowledge of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, and proficiency in speaking and writing. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good presentation, communication skills, and applicable for a long term travel time in different places.
• Travel around Singapore
• Prefer Experience in Brand Uniqlo, Zara, H&M, Cotton On, Padini or other Retail Cloths Brand.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in preparation and execution of floorset activity

• Supports execution of merchandising and sell down strategies leveraging current visual merchandising tools

• Provides feedback regarding merchandising opportunities to improve execution

• Conducts daily review and inspection of sales floor to ensure all brand standards are in place

• Implements window installations and interior displays

• Optimizes and maintains the use of visual assets such as fixtures, props and marketing; ensures all marketing and creative layer is current

• Properly stores and maintains visual assets to avoid damage and communicates to leadership if damages are identified

• Assists in training of new sales associates, serving as a shadow partner

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 days work week (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm), only once a month weekend work

• Once a month overnight work from 9pm-6am for changing of VM in store

• Based in store and on the job training will be provided (no VM experience are welcome too)

As a passionate Visual Merchandiser based in-store, you will adapt the visual merchandising initiatives across the Hooga stores in Singapore. Your primary role will be to create visually captivating displays that enhance the overall customer's in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Layout: Develop creative and innovative floor plans, displays, and arrangements that effectively showcase the features and benefits of products. Utilize design principles such as balance, rhythm, proportion, and emphasis to create visually appealing setups.
• Product Presentation: Ensure products are displayed in an enticing and organized manner that aligns with our brand aesthetic. Arrange fixtures, decor items, and accessories to create aspirational living spaces that resonate with our target audience.
• Visual Communication: Collaborate with the VM principal team to seamlessly integrate branding elements, promotional materials, educational infographics and messaging into visual displays. Maintain brand consistency across merchandising efforts through strategic in-store communications.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and liaising with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of in-store setups and campaign roll out/new store opening/ conversion/atrium sales setups. Sourcing display materials from suppliers and vendors.
• Timeline & Inventory Management: Adhere to timelines for campaign launches, store openings, and seasonal changes. Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure sufficient stock for displays. Coordinate with the store team to replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring products are readily available for showcasing.
• Store Layout Optimization: Analyze customer traffic patterns and behaviour to optimize store layout and display placement. Implement adjustments such as lighting to enhance visibility, and the overall shopping experience.
• Maintenance and Presentation Standards: Conduct regular inspections of product displays to uphold cleanliness, tidiness, and visual appeal. Ensure all displays adhere to brand standards and brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent aesthetic throughout the store. Guiding store team on visual merchandising standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma in Fashion Design, Graphic Design or Interior Design.
• Proven work experience in visual merchandising field with fashion/home & lifestyle retail experience.
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing relevant visual design projects.
• Work effectively independently and in a team environment.
