- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to maximize market share and revenue growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to execute promotional activities, manage tender processes, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, industry codes of conduct, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in both Malaysia and Singapore.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years of proven successful sales experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Experience calling on hospitals and specialists is essential.
Candidates with experience in both the Malaysian and Singaporean markets will have a distinct advantage. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
