- Curriculum Development: Lead the development and delivery of the Mathematics curriculum, aligning with international standards and best practices.
- Teaching and Assessment: Teach Mathematics across various age ranges, inspiring curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students. Prepare students for public examinations, such as IGCSE and A Level/IB diploma.
- Department Leadership: Provide leadership opportunities by developing the Mathematics department, establishing clear goals and objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment among colleagues.
