Are you passionate about using data to drive impact in education? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ICT & Data Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support programme management through data collation, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to help us make informed decisions and deliver meaningful outcomes for learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting
- Generate, organize, and maintain data for divisional and organizational analysis
- Ensure data accuracy in both offline and online storage systems
- Manage the Education Management System (EMS), including system updates, data integrity, and integration with other platforms
- Maintain up-to-date records for all users of the EMS
- Support the management and tracking of education-related projects and initiatives
- Collect, clean, and analyse student and programme data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare clear, accurate reports for both internal use and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to enhance EMS usability, manage bug fixes, and implement system patches
