CRA OPA (Oracle Policy Automation) engine, which is a rule-based system without any data repository. It consumes data from various CDD systems and assigns a rating to clients from A-E based on predefined business rules

CRA MM (Model Management ): The CRA Model Management process is to validate the ratings are correct as per the OPA engine ratings.
