However, an academically-inclined candidate with a strong track record of research achievements in the fields of gynaecological or breast pathology as evidenced by outstanding peer-reviewed publications in top-tier scientific journals and a significant record of success in obtaining competitive research grants, and who is committed to furthering his/her research career, will receive prioritized consideration for this position.
The department has modern and efficient facilities including a large repertoire of immunohistochemical stains and integrated molecular diagnostics. The department receives the largest and most extensive case-mix of gynaecological specimens in Singapore. The department is an integral part of the larger SingHealth Duke-NUS Pathology Academic Clinical Programme.
Requirements
You should be a qualified and experienced medical specialist with relevant qualifications that are registrable with the Singapore Medical Council, and have a specialist qualification in gynaecologic and/or breast pathology or have had a distinguished career as a gynaecoogical and breast pathologist that can be recognised by the Specialists Accreditation Board.
Also, you should have at least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal and have competent clinical skills with the ability to make sound and independent decisions.

RPA Consultant (Power Automate)

Scope of Activities include but not limited to:
- Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support and course trainer as assigned and/or required on multiple and simultaneous assignments.
- Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign and/or reengineering.
- Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document the automation workflows.
- Create, develop and/or review business requirements documents (BRD), process definition documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
- Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.
- Embrace the RPA implementation best practices. Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, reusable, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Create and document test procedures, scenarios and cases for the pre-UAT and UAT phases.
- Thoroughly test packages in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments, with responsibility for overall testing cycle.
- Provide L1 – L3 support to the existing automations/processes, review and improve documentation, implement the change request according to the priority of incident and request.
- Analyse, determination of root cause of incident, and problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters with business.
- Accountable for every assigned task for fixing, enhancement and delivering the right support.
- Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems or related Engineering disciplines.
- Native or written and spoken fluency in Bahasa (Malay/Indonesian) with business proficiency in English are mandatory to communicate with stakeholders.
- Possess 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in programming (Java, C#, VB, .NET) with at least 2 years in hands-on RPA implementation with Power Automate and UiPath.
- Valid Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer certification will be a strong advantage.
- Advanced skills in understanding, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.
- Exceptional ability to understand, analyze complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/ Rest API, etc., as well as of RDBMS and open-source DB.
- Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
- Proven experience on developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and ideally Azure.
- Prior experience in migrating/reimplementing automations from Blue Prism, Kofax, Automation Anywhere and/or UiPath to Microsoft Power Platform is a strong advantage
- Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodology.
- Obtain Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Certification within 3 months if not already certified.
