The Senior Performance Marketing Manager facilitates the planning, execution, and ongoing management of strategic marketing programs in their designated region, with a specific focus on generating qualified demand leading to customer revenue. The position oversees the creation of goals, audience segmentation, multi-channel marketing mix, activation across channels, and measurement to ensure strategic program outcomes are achieved and the customer experience is optimal throughout their buying journey. Responsibilities
Leads strategic planning process in collaboration with several areas of marketing, including vertical and portfolio marketing, marketing analytics, and content strategists
Designs holistic marketing programs in support of business goals which includes both online and offline activities
Acts as key liaison for their designated region in the activation of marketing activities across various execution teams with a focus in marketing automation, as well as paid and organic media
Consults with and participates in offline marketing activities in light of strategic marketing program plans and goals, such as events and telemarketing.
Maintains customer-focused approach across all marketing practices within the region, acting as guide and governance for the region to ensure the customer’s experience with Zebra is always the highest priority.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar or equivalent work experience
8+ years relevant experience
Depth of experience in strategic planning and ongoing management of full-funnel marketing programs in support of technically-advanced products & solutions
Strong critical thinking and leadership skills in order to guide plans across multiple teams
Solid customer analytics and marketing best practices knowlege
Strong communication skills to relay strategic plans and results to internal and external audiences including senior management
Working understanding of key marketing and sales tools including Marketing Automation, Salesforce, and intent data platforms such as Demandbase
