Mission of the Position

To lead all digital, physical, product, and brand marketing efforts that consistently drive 3–5% monthly revenue growth. This role owns the full marketing funnel—from strategy to execution—ensuring every campaign, launch, event, and touchpoint delivers real results.

As a hands-on leader, you will shape Aureus’ brand presence across locations, grow customer engagement, and bring new products to market with clarity and impact. You will oversee go-to-market strategies, campaign performance, events, PR, merchandise, and market insights—while building and inspiring a lean, high-performing team focused on storytelling, execution, and measurable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • Own Revenue Growth Targets- Drive 3–5% monthly topline growth through strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, and optimized channel performance.
  • Revenue Generation Strategy- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with business goals, including new market entry and expansion.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Budget Management- Manage the marketing budget and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention- Design and execute strategies to grow the customer base and enhance customer lifetime value.

2. Product Marketing (Strategic)

  • Positioning & Messaging- Own product positioning and messaging across all customer segments and channels.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy- Lead launch planning for new products, features, and programs.
  • Market Insights & Personas- Develop customer personas, conduct competitive analysis, and use insights to guide product marketing strategies.
  • Narrative Development- Craft compelling product narratives that align with the broader brand story and customer needs.

3. Brand & Positioning

  • Brand Identity & Consistency- Define and maintain brand voice, visual identity, and core positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Center-Specific Marketing- Tailor localized marketing efforts to individual locations, enhancing community relevance and loyalty.
  • Alignment & Culture- Ensure internal and external alignment on brand tone and values across departments and partners.

4. Campaigns & Channel

  • Campaign Creation & Management- Design and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, partnerships) across channels that bring results.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing- Lead digital and physical marketing: SEO, social media, email, events, and on-ground activities.
  • Channel Optimization- Improve channel mix for better reach and efficiency.

5. Events Execution & Management

  • Event Strategy & Delivery- Plan and manage impactful events (e.g., product launches, recruitment drives, community activations) to drive brand visibility and engagement.

6. PR & Communications

  • Public Relations- Manage PR agency, media outreach, and shape public messaging through strategic communications.

7. Merchandise (Brand & Product Extension)

  • Merchandise Strategy- Develop branded merchandise as a tool for engagement, recognition, and user experience enhancement.
  • Design & Integration- Oversee merch creation and integrate it into campaigns, packaging, and studio experiences to reinforce brand identity and educational value.

8. Performance

  • KPIs & Analytics- Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate the success of campaigns and marketing ROI.

9. Cross-Functional & Strategic Alignment

  • Lead the regional marketing team towards an increasingly data-driven way of working. Plan, optimize and evaluate spend in alignment with the global and regional marketing priorities to drive a strong return on investment.
  • Work globally as a part of marketing leadership to surface and resolve global challenges, implement solutions and uphold a shared standard of excellence and collaboration.
