The Marketing Campaigns Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for Ask & Embla products. This is a hybrid position, and you will be reporting to our Kallang office on specific days in the week, and when necessary for face-to-face meetings.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement creative marketing and advertising campaigns specifically tailored to the e-commerce jewelry industry.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and oversee the marketing critical path, ensuring that timelines are met and all teams are aligned and working collaboratively to deliver on campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to develop visually stunning and impactful campaign assets, including product imagery, videos, and graphics.
- Coordinate product launch campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across all digital platforms and effectively leveraging the Creative, Merchandising, Product Design, Product Development, and other teams as needed
- Has a good grasp of overall marketing analytics; continuously analyzes key metrics and evaluates campaign performance, generating comprehensive reports to assess the effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline campaign management workflows, and leverage automation tools to increase efficiency.
- Monitor sales data, identify trends, and curate product selections to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor products, pricing strategies, and advertising techniques, leveraging insights to differentiate our brand and identify new opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in marketing campaign management within the e-commerce, retail, lifestyle or fashion industries.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and the ability to oversee the marketing critical path.
