Production Leadership Role

This position is responsible for leading a team in the production of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and leading assembly stations, as well as a certificate in Section Leader would be an advantage.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Participating in S&OP meetings to plan material and resource allocation for the entire product line.
• Leading daily shift start-up meetings and coaching station leaders on Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) improvement and interpretation.
• Meeting Zero Quality-Defect Per Million target for Human Related Issues.
• Managing and developing station leaders to build effective teams.
• Providing coaching and certification for trainees on assembly processes.

Required skills and qualifications include:

• Minimum secondary education with credits in English or equivalent certification.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in managing and leading assembly stations.
• Certificate in Section Leader would be an advantage.

This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant production processes, while driving automation, continuous improvement, and team development .

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Develop and execute production plans in coordination with supply chain and planning teams.
• Optimize workflow, resource utilization, and inventory management.

• Implement and maintain automation systems to improve productivity and consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on process design, layout, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend technical upgrades or solutions.

• Ensure compliance with GMP , ISO standards , and company quality procedures.
• Monitor quality control processes and lead root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain product standards and reduce waste.

• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to meet performance and safety standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure continuous skill development.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

• Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.
• Lead risk assessments and implement preventive measures for operational hazards.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with 5S principles .

• Degree/Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering , or related discipline.
• Min 3 years of experience in production operations and automation , preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, food, or chemical manufacturing .
• Strong knowledge of GMP , 5S , production flow optimization, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office , and familiar with ERP , MES , or production planning systems.
• Experience with CAD software and data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
