Perform Manufacturing Engineering activities in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair, acting as Technical Authority to ensure product conformity, safety, cost, delivery, and lead time (SQCD). Support product lifecycle and supply chain integration.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and meet Zero Harm standards.
Understand product safety risks and work on mitigation strategies.
Promote a culture of zero defects, supporting quality investigations and NADCAP accreditation.
Ensure manufacturing processes support Right First-Time delivery, managing process issues and improvements.
Support cost targets through productivity improvements.
Sustain SAESL Operating System Standards and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Specify process requirements, make technical decisions, and drive process improvements and innovations.

Qualifications/Experience

Process Technician Role

Key aspects of this position involve performing field logging, routine sampling, and plant process testing work.
