Responsibilities
The TD IE Strategy is part of the TD IE Team and is responsible for the TD Business Plan- TD Wafer loading across the HVM Fab Network, Technode business process- managing and communicating development Milestones, and overall Business Process oversight including quality audit support. This will be accomplished through active stakeholder partnership, data analysis, and strong stakeholder management skills. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Safety
- Completes all required safety training and conducts all work in accordance with Micron and Technology Development (TD) safety policies
- Follows all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Reports all safety-related concerns or problems immediately to the appropriate individual (Emergency Response Team, Supervision, etc.)
- Performs audits and submits good catches on safety issues
Communication/Collaboration
- Partners with key stakeholders to develop applications to continuously improve production metrics
- Coordinates scenarios, works with Engineering, Operations and PI to deliver required data and analysis
- Partners with TD, process engineering and change management to ensure these groups are linked into the plan and scenario timelines
- Creates and delivers effective presentations
- Coordinates interdepartmental meetings for simple to complex issues and projects
- Uses data visualization technique to clearly communicate complex ideas and plans to stakeholders so data can translate into decisions
- Clearly articulates complex ideas and issues to a broad audience
- Establishes trusting relationships across local and global partner groups and drives improvement solutions that meet the needs of the customers
- Provides regular status updates to stakeholders
Project Management/Planning
- Manages projects and develops timelines and business process to meet scenario requests plan activities
- Identifies project requirements and plans tasks to meet timelines
- Ensures successful implementation of projects into business processes
- Plans capital timing for new product introduction and ramp
Technical/Data Analysis
- Designs and coordinates projects with several different departments and/or factories regarding scenario and planning processes
- Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions utilizing a structured approach
- Develops and drives improvements to key Fab Plan performance metrics
- Provides solutions that improve performance of our current factory key metrics
- Proposes and implement modeling concepts, methods, and tools
- Maintains required training as well as job critical knowledge and skills
- Performs audits, Fab capacity, Cycle Time (CT), and capital scenarios
- Identifies and highlights scenario changes and requirements to guide TD executives in the strategic decision making process

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing batch manufacturing instructions in accordance with pre-defined procedures and training. They will ensure that batch execution is performed with adherence to process critical steps and guarantees flawless execution.
- Operational and Technical
- Responsible for execution of batch manufacturing instructions in accordance with pre-defined procedures and training.
- Ensures batch execution is performed with adherence to process critical steps and ensures flawless execution.
- Provides inputs on operational and process related improvements to achieve site business targets and manufacturing excellence.
- Performs technical verification of batch related recipes (POMS and DeltaV), manual operations and adhoc manufacturing documentations.
- Provides input in design of manufacturing recipe in DCS.
- Participate in digitalization projects and identify areas for process and operational streamlining.
Safety Aspects:
- Adheres to safe work environment in accordance with regulatory and global/local EHS policies.
- Participates in safety risks assessments or participates in process hazard analysis as an operations representative(PHA).
Quality Assurance:
- Actively resolve batch related document errors in a timely manner.
- Communicates all events/issues effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide inputs for investigation – impact assessment and appropriate CAPA.
- Ensures overall plant upkeep during the shift and ensuring plant is always in audit ready mode.
Schedule Management:
- Oversees deliverables ahead, anticipates complexities and prevents potential delays.
- Ensures processes are running as per planned schedule with minimal delays. Highlights effectively to shift supervisor if delays are expected.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or equivalent technical related diploma is required. Fresh graduates also welcome to apply
- Experience in working in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Able to work comfortably in 12-hour rotating shift (Day/Night).

The company is looking for a skilled professional to work in their manufacturing department. As a Chemical Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment, ensuring the smooth production of goods.
You will support the preparation of safety work permits, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, and carry out equipment recovery processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for sampling inspection of parts as per the quality plan, maintaining cleanliness and organization of machines and work spaces, and performing routine preventive maintenance of machine.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum O/N Levels and NITEC/Higher NITEC in Chemical Process or any related studies. Previous experience is not necessary, but you must be able to work at height, carry heavy loads, and work in confined spaces.
