  • Maintain and develop industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level from a reputable university, while ideally holding an advanced degree (MA, MSc, or MBA).
  • A minimum of 12 years’ experience within the insurance industry at a management consulting firm, or management function within a financial firm with long term exposure to project delivery.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas of consulting within the Insurance Industry: digital transformation, operational excellence, product development, designing/implementing target operating model, agile transformation, data analytics.
  • Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management.
  • A detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies both business and technology play in a client’s organisation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams across projects or workstreams.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualise solutions.
  • Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and experience communicating with clients at various levels across an organisation.
  • Fluency in a Southeast Asian language, especially Mandarin and Cantonese, will be an added advantage when participating in regional project.
