What the role is

This role focuses on shaping leadership development in the Public Service through talent selection and future leaders initiatives.

What you will be working on

  1. You will be able to influence the way the Public Service identifies and develops its leaders via coordinating and managing talent Selection and Future Leaders projects.
  2. Play both leading and supporting roles in in the provision of talent selection consultancy services to both senior and mid-level stakeholders in public service agencies
  3. The design and delivery of assessment and evidence-based solutions including but not limited to job analyses, competency-based interviews, assessment centres, validation, AI-driven talent solutions, and data insights.
  4. Combine AI and assessment methodologies to deliver effective selection and development processes based on available tools, best practices and research.
  5. Starting off from Selection, you will be exposed and given the opportunity to grow your skill set in the broader Talent Management, Leadership and Organisation Development areas.

  1. an interest and knowledge in Psychometric, Measurement and / or Statistics: designing psychometrically-sound diagnostic approaches (e.g. validation and research studies)

  • Partner Business Groups (e.g. Beauty & Wellbeing) to provide insights & analysis for greater decision making.
    Create & Design PowerBI dashboards as a Price Analytics tool to enable price benchmarking and governance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Internship period: 12 Jan 2026 – 30 June 2026
  • Applicants must be University students; fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship
  • Commitment of a minimum of 4 days a week (full time commitment preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success
  • Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
