- Contribute to building a growth playbook based on successful tests and frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics).
- 2–4 years of experience in a growth, product analytics, or marketing analyst role.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Tableau).
- Familiarity with growth concepts : CAC, LTV, churn, retention, virality, ROAS, etc.
- Strong critical thinking and business judgment; able to turn numbers into action.
- Experience working in a startup or mobile app environment preferred.
