  • Prepare and cook traditional Chinese soups and dishes in accordance with company recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation across all menu items.
  • Support daily food preparation, including washing, cutting, marinating, and proper handling and storage of ingredients.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

Supervisory & Management Responsibilities:
