Job Summary:
The Food Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assigned production shift to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality food manufacturing processes. This role includes supervising production staff, planning shifts, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate production shifts
- Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and food safety standards.
- Monitor production workflows.
- Help train, mentor, and evaluate production employees; provide feedback and corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless production flow.
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Lead safety initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Investigate and resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures when required.
- 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, FSSC, BRC).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems).
- 5.5 days (alternative saturday)
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and food ingredients.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

We are a small company and one of the many things we do in the coffee industry is roasting our own coffee beans in Singapore on 10kg and 50kg roasters. We are looking for a long term, independent and responsible packer to join the operations (fulfilment) team to:
- Pack and seal coffee beans up to 3kg in bags
- Manufacture Drip Bags
- Handle 10kg packages with coffee bags and wheel them on our blue trolleys around the factory
- Wrap items up in bubblewrap
- Pack items
- Grind coffee beans into coffee powder
- Make and pack cold brew into 250ml bottles
- Clean and sweep the packing and fulfilment area when done
- Not allergic to soap or coffee
- Assist with fulfilment of our orders on our online platforms, wholesale orders, with our cafe and machine departments
Advantageous to applications, though not required:
1) Valid Food Hygiene Certification
2) Factory is located at Pandan Loop. Please ensure that this location is suitable for you to travel to.
3) Any prior experience packing
4) As we are a multi-cultural team, you will need to be able to speak basic English for communication purposes
Working Days (5 or 6 day work week)
A) Monday to Friday 7am-5pm / 8-6pm
B) Monday to Saturday 7am-4pm + 9-2pm on Sat
