Job scope:
- Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements for food establishments and food products.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) as required by various regulatory bodies.
- Act as the main liaison with authorities for licensing (SFA, NEA) and certification (MUIS, HSA).
- Conduct regular visits to different establishments to provide training, perform inspections, and offer support for continuous improvement.
- Investigate and analyze customer complaints or internal non-conformances to identify and address root causes.
- Communicate non-conformances, improvement areas, and any FSMS updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
