- Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications.
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.

- Creation of business process flow diagram & recipe is a MUST .
- Knowledge on Industry Standards S88 and ISA S95
- Experience working on projects in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industries knowledge of GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector Excellent communication skills and collaborative with team members and external groups

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide daily operational support on HRMS systems hosted in AWS, Aliyun or any other cloud provider, the support scope is program update, issue troubleshooting, server maintenance/upgrades/patching, etc.
- Support business team respond to client on IT questions (client meetings, IT questionnaires).
- Security operation support for internal and external infrastructure and application requirements - lead the development/update of incident response plans/playbooks, incident response exercises, periodic application security scans, IT infra security scans, periodic reporting of BIPO IT systems security posture, and the remediation of security findings and coordination work with internal departments, including penetration testing done by customer on BIPO IT systems.
- Ensure BIPO Singapore IT operations compliance to applicable information security (ISO27001, SOC2) and data protection standards and BIPO IT Policy and Procedures.
- Manage BIPO Singapore IT support, IT infrastructure and assets, including IT support personnel.
- Manage BIPO global IT security systems/areas as assigned (e.g., endpoint security, cloud security, data loss prevention, vulnerability management, etc.).
- Perform IT operational activities/tasks and lead IT projects as assigned. Lead/participate in respond to incidents (IT security/IT Infra).
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent field of study
- Min 3 years management experience for IT infrastructure team.
- Min 3 years relevant work experience, hands-on AWS/Aliyun infra operational and governance experience, with AWS certifications, preferably professional certifications (Solution Architect).
- Strong security operation tech knowledge (VMDR, EDR, PAM, DLP, SIEM, MDM, CIS baseline).
- Working knowledge for sever, network, database, storage and other key infrastructure areas.
- Possess good problem-solving skillset, resourceful, well-organized, efficient and detail oriented.
- Be contactable for after-office production support issues if needed.
- Occasional oversea travel to other regional BIPO offices required.
