- Maintain and improve IT Procurement and Finance processes to be compliant with relevant corporate policies and audit requirements.
- Identify and record non-compliances within IT Procurement and Finance function.
- Acts as point of contact for any procurement-related audits.
- Give periodic trainings to IT department on procurement updates and key non-compliances.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT procurement, preferably in large and complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of procurement activities, legal contracts and industry standards. A good understanding of IT setup and operations is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rectify problems in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of technology related expenditure covering hardware, licensing, IT professional services, and cloud subscriptions.
