Job Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
· Lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
· Provide coaching and mentorship for team members.

2. Strategic Planning:
· Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.

3. Information and Data Security:

· Collaborate with the external Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) service to secure and protect the company's data.
· Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
· Facilitate ongoing training for staff in data protection and cybersecurity.
4. Infrastructure Management:
· Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and end-user devices.
· Manage and enhance network security measures, including firewalls, to safeguard company data and systems.
· Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems to meet business needs.
5. Cloud-Based/SaaS Solutions:
· Evaluate, implement, and manage cloud-based and SaaS solutions to enhance business processes and scalability.
· Work with cross-functional teams to migrate and optimize applications and services in the cloud.
6. Office 365 and Internet Access:
· Manage and optimize Office 365 services, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
· Oversee Internet access and other security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
7. Project Management:
· Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion, including those related to cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
8. Vendor Management:
· Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, particularly those related to cloud services and security solutions.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
· Stay informed about market trends and recommend changes to vendor partnerships as needed.

Job Requirements:
