Position Purpose
Responsible for management vendor relationship, vendor performance and compliance to ensure that the vendors deliver consistent value to the organisation and meet service expectations.
Key Accountabilities
- Contract Relationship Management: Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors
- Performance compliance monitoring: Manage vendor service performance as per contractual agreement
- Contract & Document management: Maintenance and tracking of contract repository and renewals
- Procurement & Cost Optimisation: Facilitate in the negotiation and procurement of vendor services
- Reporting: Develop and publish vendor scorecards and performance dashboards
- Operational support: Resolve user software issues to ensure users can utilize the software
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology or a related field with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, or
- Diploma Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology, or related field with 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong ability to interpret contract terms in relation to performance measurements
- Familiarity with vendor management tools e.g. SAP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Exclusive Networks is currently looking to employ an experienced Sales Director to support the sales growth within Singapore and to lead the channel sales and vendor teams.
The role reports to the Country Manager Singapore and is a member of the Singapore Leadership team.
As the Sales Director, you will:
- Represent EN to our partner and vendor ecosystem with a comprehensive understanding of our technology portfolio and market dynamics.
- Provide executive-level sponsorship of strategic partners and vendors.
- Lead the field sales team, being:
- Channel Account Managers who each manages a list of named partner accounts to position all Exclusive Networks’ vendor solutions and service offerings.
- Vendor manager team who each is responsible for representing and aligning our GTM for each of the vendors in their portfolio. Vendor managers also work with the top partners for each vendor and support the selling and quoting function.
- Customer service representative team (quote team) who report into a team leader and manage the day-to-day quoting for all vendors.
- Forecasting and pipeline creation.
- Coach, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives, ISRs and vendor managers.
- Achieve company revenue and strategic objectives through effective planning, goal setting, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Continuously develop personal leadership and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales skills to meet revenue objectives.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends reach to meet sales and business KPI’s
- Research and promote our solutions into our partner ecosystem and align with end customer verticals.
- Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends with the field sales team as they relate to partner relationships.
- Support the leadership team with upstream reporting, forecasting, fortnightly and monthly APAC reviews.
- Develop sales for all vendors across named accounts and target new resellers for incremental growth and develop for continued sales revenue.
- Support the marketing and business development of EN’s technology and services portfolio.
- Management of the business performance of EN solutions in line with the annual budget and both monthly and quarterly forecast.
- Support the strategic development, operational management and performance of an organisation going through exponential growth.
- Liaise effectively and collaborate with other departments of EN to ensure maximum sales efficiency.
- Work with operations and vendor managers to achieve optimum stock and price list management.
- Use and maintain company systems, data and processes to provide timely information to the business.
- Coach and monitor team performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and recommend skills training
- Oversee the sales team to ensure revenue sales objectives and standards are met, monitor progress regularly
- Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
The ideal Sales Director :
- Exceptional sales leadership skills ideally within the IT/distribution Industry with proven leadership of large teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs for our Vendors with the intent to drive channel expansion and technology adoption
- Proven track record of success with sales discipline including forecasting, process and quota achievement.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

+ Vendor Management:
+ Develop and implement policies for vendor management, including performance tracking and reporting.
+ Ensure on time high quality data delivery with a single pane of glass for data pipeline observability and support

+ Communicate insights and vendor performance data to senior management.
**Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives independently
+ Ability to operate and monitor large data sets through the data lifecycle, including the tooling and observability required to be ensure data quality and control at scale
+ Practical and detailed oriented operations leader
+ Unimpeachable ethical standards
+ Ability to navigate a large, highly matrixed organization
+ Nice to haves: Knowledge of cloud-based databases/warehousing (Snowflake) SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence tools

**Position Overview**
The Platform Supplier Management team leads Autodesk's platform supplier relationships to ensure a highly resilient and compliant platform for all Autodesk customers. We do this by managing 3rd party suppliers that provide foundational technology for Autodesk Platform Services. This includes cloud-native suppliers across domains such as API Management, Security, Databases, SAAS/PAAS providers, Localization, Service and staff augmentation providers.
In this role reporting to the Senior Manager, this person is responsible for managing a variety of these supplier relationships including contractual management, performance management, issue management, stakeholder management and being a key partner in risk and financial management
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Support specific areas of the business and manage all their supplier accounts. Create and manage supplier management policies and procedures
+ Ensure supplier compliance with Autodesk's documented policies and procedures
+ Key stakeholder in supplier management lifecycle including sourcing, contracting, onboarding, participating in negotiations, issue management, to offboarding
+ Work with Business Owners, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Security teams on RF(x) processes, technical supplier evaluations, security assessments, and other projects as needed
+ Work with Business, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure contracts have appropriate terms and conditions, service level agreements, key performance indicators, and escalation processes
+ Responsible for contract management including compliance, oversight, and adherence to change control procedures
+ Monitor and ensure contract renewals are planned and executed well in advance of expiry
+ Monitor supplier performance, financial status, SLA/KPI monitoring
+ Drive and facilitate any disputes between business and supplier to resolution Set up regular check-ins with supplier account managers, facilitate regular conversations between the business unit/stakeholder(s) and supplier operations teams
+ Plan and conduct regular business reviews and executive meetings at a cadence agreed with the business unit/stakeholder
+ Support the business in demand planning and monitor against the plan
+ Flag overages and additional budget asks well in advance
+ Ensure all relevant supplier data is automated and available on dashboards
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in management of supplier relationships critical to a cloud and platform technology business
+ Experience creating and managing a supplier risks
+ Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with executive leadership and provide updates/status reports or deliver presentations and recommendations
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, tactical and strategic planning, presentation (verbal, and written) communication skills
+ Ability to read and interpret legal documents such as contracts, terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements
+ Ability to work with and empower others on a collaborative basis to ensure success of the team
+ Ability to establish workflows, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in managing cloud vendors
+ Knowledge in software / platform / SaaS industry would be ideal to have

Our client, an established financial institution is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract and Vendor Management Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of vendor and third-party contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contract lifecycles, ensuring contractual compliance, driving vendor performance, and supporting procurement and risk governance processes. This role requires strong coordination skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, review, renewal, and termination of vendor agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and compliance obligations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, IT, Procurement) to ensure contracts align with organizational standards and risk policies.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure all contract records are up-to-date and auditable.
- Support vendor onboarding and due diligence processes, including risk assessments and background checks.
- Reviewing and managing vendor performance
- Track and report contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and obligations using appropriate tools or systems.
- Facilitate regular vendor governance meetings and performance reviews with strategic suppliers.
- Assist in sourcing and RFP/RFI processes by reviewing contractual terms and participating in vendor evaluations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract management, vendor governance, or procurement.
- Prior experience in handing IT contract and IT vendors
- Strong understanding of contract law, vendor risk management, and procurement practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in contract management systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, or equivalent).
- Good experience working in banking / financial industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
