To anchor relationships and communications with local Partners on corporate matters and ensuring good corporate governance of the Entities within your portfolio, in close coordination with the Corporate Entity Management team.
Management of Detention/Demurrage post waivers, Third Party Billing of Container Repair commercial waivers.
Possible travel to areas of representation.
What It Takes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Maritime Studies or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA) be advantageous
Minimum 3 - 5 years in Corporate Management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.
