Deploy AIOps for predictive fault detection and closed-loop remediation, working closely with ITCC and SRE teams. Design systems where telemetry data from production automatically triggers improvements in the engineering blueprints and deployment pipelines (e.g., automatic capacity scaling, security patch deployment).
Risk & Compliance
Integrate security engineering into delivery pipelines; maintain zero regulatory findings and aim for zero audit points.
Ensure full compliance with MAS TRM, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS v4.0, SOX, GDPR.
Maintain the Network RCSA and publish monthly KRI dashboards to the Board Risk Committee.
Financial Management
Work with Vendor governance teams to negotiate enterprise-wide vendor agreements (Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, GCP) delivering ≥ 20% TCO savings.
Partner with FinOps to build a granular chargeback model to reflect true business costs to the business.
People Leadership
