This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Liaise and work with the team in related asset management and initiatives relating to the assets under Keppel DC REIT.
• Liaise and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct data centre related research, analysis and financial modelling.
• Compiling asset related metrices and analyzing assets performance.
• Assist on any ad hoc asset management related work scope. Learning Outcomes:
• Gaining a good understanding and insights on how data centres are operated and other technological sectors.
• Gaining experience in financial and operational management of data centres.
• Participating in the management of assets under the REIT's portfolio.
• Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholder management, vendors, and other asset level management teams.
