About Us: Achievers Dream Learning Centre proudly stands as Singapore's first Chemistry Tuition Centre equipped with an NEA-approved Chemistry Practical Lab, offering a positive learning experience for students from Upper Primary to Junior College.

We're searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Intern to join our passionate team, supporting our mission in teaching, curriculum development, and lab operations. If you're looking for hands-on experience in a supportive environment, this role is perfect for you

Your Role: A Day in the Life of an Intern

As an Intern at Achievers Dream, you'll play a vital part in assisting our Teachers and Lab Technicians. Each day, you'll:

  • Enhance Curriculum: Collaborate with the team to develop, refine, and innovate chemistry curriculum materials.
  • Support Learning: Work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and provide one-on-one guidance to students.
  • Prepare for Experiments: Mix and prepare solutions, set up lab experiments, and organize equipment.
  • Record Data: Assist in tracking and analyzing experimental data to support student learning.
  • Handle Operations: Perform essential administrative tasks, maintain lab safety, and ensure everything is organized and ready to go.

Hours:

  • 4 weekdays + 1 weekend or 3 weekdays + 2 weekends

  • Saturdays / Sundays: 8.30am to 6.30pm

• Liaise and work with the team in related asset management and initiatives relating to the assets under Keppel DC REIT.
• Liaise and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct data centre related research, analysis and financial modelling.
• Compiling asset related metrices and analyzing assets performance.
• Assist on any ad hoc asset management related work scope. Learning Outcomes:
• Gaining a good understanding and insights on how data centres are operated and other technological sectors.
• Gaining experience in financial and operational management of data centres.
• Participating in the management of assets under the REIT's portfolio.
• Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholder management, vendors, and other asset level management teams.
