Key Responsibilities- Volunteer Management: Recruit, orient, train, and guide new volunteers to ensure meaningful involvement. Build strong volunteer relationships through regular updates, feedback, and support. Plan and lead engaging activities such as annual retreats and appreciation events. Monitor and evaluate volunteer contributions, implementing improvements where needed.
- d'Klub Programme: Engage and mentor children through tuition, character-building lessons, and life-skills activities. Design and execute curriculum and activities with volunteers. Organise outings and experiential learning opportunities for both children and volunteers. Conduct home visits to support families, assess beneficiaries' progress and prepare home visit reports. Collaborate with schools, parents, and community partners to ensure holistic support.
- Other Contributions: Assist beneficiaries with administrative support such as financial assistance applications when required. Provide administrative and programme support to the Care Youth Department. Take on other duties as assigned to contribute to the growth of CCSS programmes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with children, youths, volunteers, and partners with empathy.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with care.
- A reliable team player who also thrives working independently.
- A servant leader who leads with humility, integrity, and love.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Degree holder, preferably in Social Sciences or related fields.
