Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and improve capacity planning methodologies for accuracy.
- Achieve planned mix & capacity through equipment utilization improvements and capacity enhancement plans to meet operational goals.
- Develop layout plans for all production equipment based on operational needs.
- Ensure timely equipment installation and release to meet production requirements.
- Initiate Tool-to-Tool Matching (Golden/Lemon) and benchmark to optimize tool performance.
- Update and maintain tool capacity and productivity databases for planning and tracking.
- Manage capital budgets for equipment needs, capacity mix, and new technology implementation.
- Establish standard costing methodologies and conduct regular cost reviews.
- Oversee cost management activities including forecasting, tracking, improvement, and benchmarking.
- Coordinate people productivity initiatives and management.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and share best practices.
- Participate in strategic planning for capacity expansion, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Lead automation initiatives and headcount modeling.
- Conduct business continuity management and risk assessments.
- Enhance existing systems and improve methodologies and modeling.
- Coach, mentor, and train new engineers and associate engineers.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge of semiconductor processes and IE tools used in the industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, VBA, SQL, Oracle, Cognos, AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with problem-solving abilities.

- Perform simple simulations and modeling to evaluate the impact of proposed automation and process changes.
- Operational Process Standards Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish warehouse operational processes & standards, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping after transformation

- Assist in Continuous Improvement / Automation projects from planning to implementation, manage resource plan, cost, timeline and across all related work streams and functions.
- Assist to communication of projects to various stakeholders and collection of feedbacks
- Assist in regular status reporting on project implementation progress to project stakeholders and sponsor(s) to enable overall project progress monitoring.
- Assist in documentation of project plans, action item lists, follow-ups etc.
- Any other adhoc duties and projects as assigned
- Change Management Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff on new systems, procedures, and equipment.
- Assist in communication with stakeholders at all levels to address concerns and manage expectations.
- Gather user feedback, and translate that feedback into actionable improvements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.

Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience with process mapping and standardization methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with automation transformation projects will be a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), warehouse management systems (WMS)) is a plus.
