As a **Manufacturing Engineering Manager** , you will be leading an engineering team to develop, test, and deliver advanced manufacturing systems, focusing on product/process specifications, cost, and timeliness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers of different seniorities and experience level.
+ Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
+ Interfaces with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and/or new products.
+ Launches, releases, approves and implements or issues engineering change requests as required to support design engineering and Operations with new and existing products.
+ Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
+ Managing projects and programs in area of responsibility, and ensures that necessary preliminary activities.
+ Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies. Participates in the development and maintenance of new and existing business processes; updates as necessary to ensure current practices are documented.
+ Performs Process Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis when working with New Product Development.
**Requirements:**
+ Master/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering with years of relevant manufacturing experiences
+ At least 3 years of supervisory experiences managing a team of engineers
+ Industry experiences in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor are highly preferred
+ Problem-solving and quality-minded personality
+ Ability to work with deadlines and different levels of stakeholders

- Assist with Product Manufacturing Engineer (ME) to execute operation preparation tickets in PLM/SAP application
