We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Specialist to lead the end-to-end engineering lifecycle. This role involves generating detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production process plans within the ERP system, ensuring that all job release packages are complete, accurate, and fully aligned with customer specifications and manufacturing capabilities.

• This Engineering Specialist will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, understanding customers' requirements, and preparing production drawings.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machining and machine measurement tools, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will also assist in Engineering-related projects as assigned by their supervisor and collaborate effectively across functions. A comprehensive 6-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) program on the production shopfloor is provided, which provides valuable hands-on exposure and deepens the understanding of our operations.

• Interpret technical drawings and understand customers' requirements.
• Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) from customers' drawing and requirement.
• Prepare Production Process Planning on ERP.
• Prepare Production drawings.
• Assist in Engineering-related projects as assigned by supervisor.

• Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering (Advanced & Digital Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics).
• Minimum one year of experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
• BASIC understanding of machine operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding.
• Knowledge about the capabilities of machines like CNC machines, lathes, milling, and grinding equipment.

Responsible to defined work or projects with morderate complexity. Follow an individual work plan and meet day to day short term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short term planning. Develop and implement manufacturing processes, document process changes, drive process / fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvement, cost reduction program and QHSE actions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound decisions.
