  • Support the rollout of group-wide HR projects, process improvements and policy implementations
  • Coordinate workforce planning efforts and support the implementation of organisational expansion initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal procedures
  • Monitor work pass applications and ensure timely processing for prospective foreign employees
  • Develop and implement corporate social responsibility initiatives aligned with company values
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with local educational institutions and HR-related grants is a plus
