At the cusp of their expansion and growth plans, the organization requires a seasoned HR leader to shape the regional HR strategy and elevate people practices through digitalization and transformation. This is a permanent, full-time and on-site role based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
As the HR Director, you will lead the HR function for the organization (headcount size of 300). In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a regional HR strategy that aligns closely with the company’s business objectives and evolving workforce needs. Partnering closely with the respective Heads of Departments, you will consistently consult and provide advice to support the company’s growth ambitions and operational excellence. A key part of your mandate will be to champion a strong, inclusive employee culture that fosters engagement, enhances retention, and drives high performance across all levels of the organization. the organization is lean and moves at a dynamic and fast pace to keep up with technological and AI advancements.
Another critical area of focus will be on building and scaling leadership and talent development frameworks that identify, nurture, and prepare future leaders for success. Additionally, you will drive workforce planning and organizational development efforts to ensure the business is equipped with the right capabilities and structure to scale effectively.
Underpinning it all, as the HR function continues to evolve with the organization's needs, you will be responsible for optimizing and modernizing HR practices, driving automation, and building scalable people solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will continue to oversee core HR functions such as performance management, reviewing of compensation & benefits policies, and employee engagement, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s long-term goals and values.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including regional leadership roles in fast-paced environments. Experience in Software/Tech fields is an advantage.
This role requires a strong strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and the ability to influence and win buy-in senior stakeholders across the region. Strong commercial acumen, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be required for the candidate to succeed in this role. This individual should also be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, with a passion for building future-ready HR capabilities.
