You will continue to oversee core HR functions such as performance management, reviewing of compensation & benefits policies, and employee engagement, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s long-term goals and values.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including regional leadership roles in fast-paced environments. Experience in Software/Tech fields is an advantage.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and the ability to influence and win buy-in senior stakeholders across the region. Strong commercial acumen, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be required for the candidate to succeed in this role. This individual should also be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, with a passion for building future-ready HR capabilities.
