Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily IT operations and system schedules
  • Lead annual IT planning and system implementation
  • Support setup of IT systems for future healthcare campus
  • Train new users on EPIC systems
  • Handle system change requests and integrations
  • Ensure data security and smooth system connectivity
  • Oversee hardware (workstations, servers, printers) and system vendors
  • Generate reports, extract data, and support audits
  • Maintain IT policies and ensure business continuity
  • Explore AI and digital tools to improve workflows
Requirements
  • Min. Degree in Healthcare, IT or other equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • EPIC system experience is a bonus
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, HL7, and DICOM
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity and IT procurement
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently

Job Description:


• Work closely with Business Office staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of patient payment activities.


• Review clinic handover reports to verify statements, cancellation receipts, and discrepancies, ensuring alignment with bank statements.


• Resolve discrepancies promptly, ensuring all discrepancy memos are properly authorized and approved by relevant department managers.


• Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments received to patient accounts, including Medisave, Medishield, and PMI payments.


• Process payments and refunds accurately, ensuring financial postings are reconciled.


• Correspond and liaise with patients and external organizations regarding payment matters.


• Assist in training new team members.

Job Requirements:


• Min. Higher Nitec and above


• Preferably with basic understanding of patient payment processes, including Medisave, Medishield.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Possess initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team.


• Keen eye for details coupled with the ability to think and react quickly.

Job Scope

- Preparation in the morning for the start of operations.

- Register and verify foreign workers details.

- Provide the various health screening services. (Training is provided).

- Handle medical documentation and reports.

- Assist with crowd control and ushering.

- Carry out closing of stations at the end of day.

- Any other duties as required on site.

Requirements


• Prior healthcare experience (eg vaccination admin) would be preferred
