Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT operations and system schedules
- Lead annual IT planning and system implementation
- Support setup of IT systems for future healthcare campus
- Train new users on EPIC systems
- Handle system change requests and integrations
- Ensure data security and smooth system connectivity
- Oversee hardware (workstations, servers, printers) and system vendors
- Generate reports, extract data, and support audits
- Maintain IT policies and ensure business continuity
- Explore AI and digital tools to improve workflows
- Min. Degree in Healthcare, IT or other equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- EPIC system experience is a bonus

• Resolve discrepancies promptly, ensuring all discrepancy memos are properly authorized and approved by relevant department managers.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments received to patient accounts, including Medisave, Medishield, and PMI payments.
• Process payments and refunds accurately, ensuring financial postings are reconciled.
• Correspond and liaise with patients and external organizations regarding payment matters.
• Assist in training new team members.
Job Requirements:
• Min. Higher Nitec and above
• Preferably with basic understanding of patient payment processes, including Medisave, Medishield.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Keen eye for details coupled with the ability to think and react quickly.
