Salary: $1800-$2900 (Based on experience)
Benefits: AWS + Performance bonus of 2-3 months salary + Yearly Increment
Working Hours: 5-day work week (including weekends), 8-hour shifts staggered between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Transport pick-up provided from the nearest available location if working hours fall outside public transport operating hours.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily F&B operations for inpatient meals and internal hospital events.
Manage and compile meal orders for private patients and those with special dietary requirements .
Ensure food trolleys are properly heated before meal distribution and that meals are delivered accurately and promptly to wards.
Address and resolve patient feedback and complaints professionally, and compile feedback reports for management review.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality and compliance with hospital standards.
Minimum Qualification: N' Level
Will be able to move heavy trolley (10-20kg)
Competent in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
At least 1 year experience in F&B industry as supervisory role
