- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
- Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics
- To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
- To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
- Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties
Up to $3,000
Requirements- Diploma or ITE qualification in any area
- Experience working in service industry is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word, Excel and Outlook

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in clinic/healthcare administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with clinic systems will be an advantage.

- Responsible to review and update data-related policies in compliance with MOH and NHG policies on data governance and management.
- Oversee the management of Platform for one-stop request to facilitate data requests.
- Support and work closely with the Chief Data Officer (CDO) to develop and implement Data Strategy to enable data exploitation for meaningful and insightful decision making.
- Develop, review and update data-related policies to ensure alignment with Ministry of Health’s (MOH) and National Healthcare Group’s (NHG) data policies (e.g., MOH’s HealthTech Instruction Manual - Data Management (HIM-DM) and NHG Data Access & Sharing Policy).
- Oversee the management and maintenance of Platform for one-stop request to facilitate data requests. Put in place protocol that complies with relevant data access, sharing, and security policies.
- Serve as a point-of-contact to liaise with other NHG institutions’ DXOs and external parties for data request as well as to contribute to NHG’s analytics and digitalization effort.
- Develop and implement proper data assets management standard operating procedures and workflows across the Data Life Cycle from data acquisition, fusion, access and distribution to disposal (e.g. tracking and maintaining registries of data access, monitoring of data handling and disposal processes).
- Collaborate with relevant departments/units to build staff literacy, competency, capabilities, and knowledge in safe, efficient, and effective data exploitation and management on various platforms such as Oracle OBIEE/OAS, SharePoint, NGEMR, etc.
- Oversee the secretariat support for departmental and hospital working committees to support digital transformation agenda and build communities of practice to share knowledge and best practices (e.g. Data Management Working Committee (DMWC) and Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (AiDA) Digital Innovation Technologies (DIT) committee).
- Lead change management, engagements, and communications with different levels of stakeholders, on issues pertaining to data management, data sharing, and data exploitation.
- Degree in Computing in Information Systems, Information Management or Management Information Systems or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in business data management and governance with experience in developing data strategy as a strong advantage.
- Experience in handling compliance reviews or overseeing data management / IT systems is preferred.
- Experience in data analytics is an added advantage.
- Possess strong data and technological knowledge, covering recent topics such as data governance, data policies and data domains.
