  • Coordinate administration and documentation of lab tests, radiology, and scanning services from multiple vendors.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and inventory management.
  • Adhere to established policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with relevant procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve desired results as needed.
  • Handle daily billing of invoices and claims from corporate clients and insurance companies, while conducting follow-up as necessary.
  • Cover the duties of colleagues and supervisors when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks requested by doctors and supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Competency in Clinic Skills (in-house training)
  • Basic understanding of Clinic Management System (Plato)
  • Knowledge of various types of drugs and non-drug items
  • Understanding of drug dispensing principles, including dosage, calculation, frequency, drug allergy, and drug/food interactions
  • Knowledge of company services
  • Proficiency in Point of Sales system
  • Ability to manage electronic and paper filing systems

Clinic Coordination and Communication:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively correspond between patients and healthcare professionals as needed. This role requires strong teamwork skills, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient coordination within the clinic. Additionally, the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace is essential.


Requirements:
  • Minimum educational level: N Levels, O Levels / NITEC, Higher NITEC etc
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative role is advantageous
  • Knowledge of HealthierSG or other health programs is beneficial
  • On-Job-Training guidance will be provided for new hires without experience
