Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

You will be leading the Marketing & Corporate Communications department in YMCA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute public relations and marketing campaigns, including advertising content and messaging for the Association in relation to its community impact work, social enterprises and fundraising activities.

  • Supervise junior staff and interns in the department to meet the corporate communications needs of the organization.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A recognized University degree in Mass Communications/Marketing or related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details, sensitive to typography, colour and design trends in collateral productions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functionally and handle multiple tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for effective delivery of marketing activities within the agreed budget, brand guidelines (80/20), and clear measurement plans to track business performance (topline target, market share, etc.) and drive ROI.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Marketing, Communications & PR to lead the outreach and engagement efforts of our institution. This strategic role involves enhancing the school's reputation, strengthening parent and community relationships, organizing impactful events, and developing partnerships with corporates and educational institutions both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Parent Engagement & Communication:

o Organize and facilitate structured parent interaction sessions every quarter to foster strong parent-school relationships.

o Manage all communications between the school and the parent community, ensuring timely and transparent updates.

Event Planning & Student Engagement:

o Launch and manage a Guest Lecture Series featuring renowned professionals and thought leaders to inspire students.

o Plan and execute inter-school and intra-school student competitions under the title "DPS Competitions" and "DPS Trophy", hosted at the school campus or playground.

o Facilitate student participation in competitions and academic/cultural events in Singapore and internationally.

Marketing, Branding & PR:

o Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and positioning of the school across various platforms.

o Oversee digital media, print campaigns, and press relations to promote the school's values, achievements, and unique offerings.

o Create compelling content for newsletters, school publications, website, and social media.

Corporate Outreach & Strategic Partnerships:

o Introduce the school and its offerings to corporate HR departments across Singapore and the region.

o Design and promote exclusive admission packages and benefits for corporate employees' children.

o Build long-term strategic partnerships to enhance enrolment and community reputation.
