The Marketing Campaigns Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for Ask & Embla products. This is a hybrid position, and you will be reporting to our Kallang office on specific days in the week, and when necessary for face-to-face meetings.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement creative marketing and advertising campaigns specifically tailored to the e-commerce jewelry industry.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing campaign management within the e-commerce, retail, lifestyle or fashion industries.

Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social platforms.

Manage client social media accounts — from content planning to publishing and engagement.

Generate leads and actively drive new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and digital channels.

Pitch EDM33's services to SMEs and enterprises, build relationships, and close deals.

Prepare reports and insights to measure performance and demonstrate ROI to clients.

Support in cross-department projects (content, design, web) to deliver full-suite marketing solutions.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or sales (agency background is a plus).

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns.

Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.

Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — enjoys both marketing execution and sales growth.

Familiarity with social media management (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-moving agency.
