Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion- Greet, engage, and build rapport with walk-in customers to create a warm, welcoming experience.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend tailored furniture and home solutions.
- Drive sales conversions across multiple touchpoints including in-store, chat, email, and phone inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Develop deep knowledge of IUIGA’s furniture and home collections to provide informed recommendations.
- Guide customers on design choices such as materials, color palettes, and space planning.

- Prior experience in retail sales, ideally in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and empathetic with a natural ability to connect with people.

- Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and retail POS systems.
