We are looking for an HR specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the manpower related budget matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Other than handling the budget related matters, your primary duties also include liaison with internal stakeholders as well as HR colleagues in other entities to ensure timely and accurate submission of manpower budget. You will also be supporting the HRIS and preparation of reports for both internal and external.
The ideal candidate for this position should at least comes with 2 or more years of experience in a similar capacity. Handling of HR related budget for both domestic and regional.

Preparation of reports (budget related, government surveys etc)

Management of PMAS related matters.
Work closely with payroll & compensation team on the staff costs including but not limited to accrual of staff costs etc.
