Event Experience Manager Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a core team to develop memorable experiences for guests through diverse event concepts - Corporate, Weddings, Celebrations, Catering etc.
* Contribute to the company's growth and development by working closely with the CEO/Creative Director.
* Oversee Sales for Corporate Events, Weddings, and impressive Catering jobs while reporting to the Creative Director.
* Lead Revenue, Annual Sales, Sales Forecasting, Budget Management, and P&L for Events, Weddings, and Catering Revenue Plan.
* Identify target markets in line with our brand (corporate events, institutional/contract catering, weddings, social events etc.).
* Create menus for customers based on given budgets and adhere to internal costing guidelines.
* Drive sales strategically and achieve targets through knowledge of market trends and business opportunities.
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Sales: Events, Weddings, and Catering Sales.
* Evaluate and suggest improvements for sales procedures and maintain updated knowledge of new innovations in the marketplace and monitor in-market competition.
* Identify opportunities for reducing costs and costs efficiency.
* Work with vendors and external partners to host events leveraging their products and database and build up all restaurants under DHM group as a niche market for Corporate and Celebrations Centre.
* Establish lasting relations and rapport including overseeing and ensuring that guests' feedback and demands by clients are promptly and tactfully handled.

Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years related experience with 3 years in similar capacity with demonstrated track records.
* Diploma holder or equivalent education and experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting.
* Strong profile in strategic business planning to cater to the organization's business needs
* Excellent knowledge of F&B industry in Singapore
